Thank you for the article on Back to Church Sunday on August 20. All three Horley Churches of England will be celebrating this on Sunday, September 28.
The celebration will take place at all services - 8am at St Bart's (the traditional Prayer Book service referred to in the article), 10.30am at St Bart's (a modern service with a band), and 10am at St Wilfred's, Horley Row (a joyful service with a music group) and St Francis Balcombe Road (a modern traditional service with an organ).
We recognise that people like to worship in different ways and so we have a variety of services . Also, many people we meet come to church for a particular reason and say that they would like to come back, but then life gets busy and they forget. So, Back to Church Sunday is a good time to pay us another visit - there will be lots of other visitors there too. Please feel welcome to join us.
Steve Davie, Team rector of Horley
