Horley Cricket Club Colts section is inviting boys or girls aged from U9 to 11 who want to learn to play cricket or improve their skills to come to its winter indoor training sessions. The Colts have entered teams in the league for this summer at every age from U9 to U16 and will use these training sessions to develop the new U9, U10 and U11 teams.
The course at the Keys Youth Centre, Horley, in the indoor sports hall starts on Tuesday, February 3, runs between 5pm and 7pm and continues for 10 weeks. The cost is £2 a session.
Training groups will be divided over the weeks to take account of age and abilities. As the course progresses additional sessions may be added depending on response. Juniors are advised to wear tracksuits and non-slip footwear and to bring a drink with them.
All equipment is provided and the training manager is fully CRB checked.
Details from Lawrence Brown on 01293 454856 (H) or 07708 562477 (MOB) or just turn up at any training session.
