Springfit club, the Horley branch of the Saturn V Association of gymnastic and trampoline clubs, held class displays for friends and parents of class members at Oakwood Sports Centre, Horley.
The displays are arranged twice a year to showcase gymnasts' progress and perform entertaining routines to music. New skills that children are learning in their classes were highlighted with individual performances and group routines.
Each and every child was recognised for their excellent progress made in just six months, and coaches rewarded one member of each class with a progress medal, to the child they considered to have shown the most effort and enthusiasm for gymnastics. The class displays are a great way of helping the gymnasts get used to performing for a crowd, and provides the parents in attendance with a great deal of pride.
Pictured here are all the progress medal winners for this month at Springfit: Hollie Knight, 10, Lucy Parker, 7, Zoe Briscoe, 15, Adam Herwig, 11, and Emily Charman, 12.
