THE sale of 24 Chart Lane, Reigate, is back on track with the original buyer and is due to complete on Friday, May 2.
Savills associate David Reynolds, who is handling the sale, said further negotiations had taken place to secure the deal after the house was put back on the market last week.
The landmark Victorian property had been the subject of controversy after developers applied to demolish it.
Reigate and Banstead Borough Council refused the outline application in January and the new owner has plans to restore the building as a family home.
