Dire Straits bassist John Illsley will team up with rock musician Greg Pearle for a date at The Hawth Studio in Crawley on Tuesday, October 14.
The pair are hitting the road on a tour coinciding with the release of John's first studio recordings in almost 20 years.
The album, Beautiful You, is John's third and is a collaboration with Greg of Irish Celtic rock group Cunla.
John performed with the band in France last year and the result was the album Live in Les Baux de Provence.
Having sold more than 120 million albums with Dire Straits, including Love Over Gold and Brothers In Arms, and having toured the world numerous times with the band, John is returning to his love of playing live with his latest material.
Joining John and Greg for their Hawth Studio date will be drummer Lee Boylan, bassist Keith McLoughlin and keyboard player Paul Dempsey.
