BURGESS Emily Mary (née Driver) 24/01/1936 - 13/06/1966, aged 30 years.
Thinking of that tragic day 50 years ago, the beautiful and darling daughter of the late Mr, Mrs Driver from Kingston Lane S'wick, devoted only sister to Anne, and loving Mummy to Marian & Glenda. England may have won the World Cup in 1966, but we as a family lost the most precious gift of all. Taken from us all far too soon, she was so kind and unselfish, and it seemed so unfair we had to lose her. I as your sister have thought about you everyday, and will continue to do so till the day I die. Your cousins in the N/East, Uckfield and Australia still have wonderful memories of you, and still talk about you. You were a treasure and I love and miss you so much.
