David Brooks "Dave" Dave passed away, at home, very suddenly on Friday 17th November. Late of Brighton County Borough Police and Sussex Police. Licensed Lay Minister at St Matthias Church, Brighton. Deeply loved and greatly missed by his wife Maggie, his children Emma, Ruth and Peter and their partners, and his eight Grandchildren and Great Granddaughter. On Monday 18th December, a "Celebration of Dave's life" will be held at St Matthias Church, Ditching Road, Brighton at 1.00pm. This will be preceded by a, Private Family only, committal at the Downs Crematorium, and followed by a reception in the Church for all who wish to join us. Family flowers only please, but if you wish to make a donation, in Dave's memory, please send it to:- The Salvation Army, Congress Hall, 1-6 Park Crescent, Brighton BN2 3HD, where it will be used for all the good work they do in Brighton.
