PERKINS Dulcie Mary née Welch Passed away on 13th June 2023 aged 93 years. Wife of the late Philip and much loved mum of Marilyn and Gill. She will be greatly missed by all her family and friends. Funeral service at the Downs Crematorium Main Chapel on Tuesday 11th July at 12.00 noon.
