SWEENEY Patrick Passed away peacefully on the 6th of May 2023. A loving father, grandfather and great-grandfather. He will be sadly missed by all his family & friends. A funeral service is to be held at St Joseph's Church on the 15th of June 2023 at 11am, followed by a committal at Woodvale, South Chapel.
