Riggs Frances Irene Passed away peacefully on 12th August, aged 78. Much loved wife, mother, grandmother & great-grandmother who will be sadly missed by all of her loving family. Funeral service is at 11am at Wealden Crematorium on 1st September. Family flowers only but donations, if desired, to Raystede Centre for Animal Welfare c/o Haine & Son Funeral Directors, 19 South Street, Eastbourne, BN21 4UJ
