PALMER Valerie Rose née Wheatland Passed away peacefully on 22nd December 2019 aged 91 years. Beloved wife to Patrick , much loved mother, grandmother and great grandmother. Funeral service at The Downs Crematorium (Main Chapel) on Tuesday 21st January at 11.00 am.
