Patricia Rose Smith Passed away peacefully on the 25th September, Aged 78. Much loved Sister, Aunt and Great Aunt, Now reunited with her late Husband Brian. She will be very sadly missed by all who knew and Loved her. Sleep type beautiful Rose. Funeral Service to take place at Downs Crematorium on Monday 21st October at 3:00pm.
