SMITH Brian James Died peacefully on Friday 1st March 2019 at Worthing Hospital, aged 86. He will be sadly missed by all his family and friends. Funeral service on Thursday 21st March 2019, 2.30pm at the H. D. Tribe Chapel, Broadwater. Family flowers only please, but donations if desired to Friends of Worthing Hospital c/o H.D.
