Jeffrey William Green Jeff, aged 55, passed away suddenly on Monday 24th September 2018 in Semington, Wiltshire, where he happily spent his most recent years. He will be greatly missed by all his family and friends. Funeral Service to be held at Worthing Crematorium (Kingswood Chapel), Horsham Rd, BN14 0RG, on Monday 22nd October 2018 at 11.00a.m. Family flowers only.
