SMITH REG Passed away peacefully at St. Barnabas House on 6th July, aged 89 years. Dearly missed and much loved by his wife Pat, and daughters Cathy and Lesley and their families. Funeral service to take place at 12:00 noon on Monday 30th July 2018 at The Chapel, H. D. Tribe Ltd, Shoreham-by-Sea. Please, no black attire to be worn at the family's request.
