MONK Reginald Frederick (known as "Reg") Passed away peacefully in Westdene House Care Home, Worthing, on the 21st June 2018, aged 94. He will be sadly missed by all his family and friends. Funeral service to take place at 12:00 noon on Wednesday 11th July 2018 at the H. D. Tribe Chapel, Shoreham. No flowers by request please but donations, if desired, can be sent in Reg's memory to the Alzheimer's Society c/o H. D.
