O'HARA Thomas Loving husband of Carol, father of Dean and Grandad of Kody, Matilda, Shelby and Sienna, Talia and Kyle. Passed away peacefully on Saturday 5th May, aged 78. Funeral on Wednesday 16th May , 3.00pm at Woodvale Crematorium, North Chapel. Bright colours to be worn. Family flowers only.
