Brightwell "Pat" Passed away peacefully in a nursing home on April 1st 2018. Aged 97 years. Dearly beloved mother of John, Mike, Rob and Dave. Much love and sadly missed by all her family. The funeral service will take place at Worthing Crematorium, Findon on Tuesday May 1st at 1:00pm.
