SYKES MRPharmS David peacefully after a short illness on 2nd April, 2018, aged 84 years. Beloved and loving husband of Diane. A much loved brother, father, step father, father in law and step granddad who will be sadly missed. Funeral service to be held at the Surrey & Sussex Crematorium, Worth on Wed 18th April at 2.00pm.
