SIMMONS Sarah Josephine known as Sally Passed away peacefully on 17th February 2018, aged 90 years. Devoted wife of the late Jack Reginald Simmons and a much loved Mum, Nana and friend to many. She will be sadly missed by everyone. Funeral service at Woodvale Crematorium, (North Chapel), Lewes Road, Brighton on Monday 12th March at 12.00noon. Family flowers only please.
