SEXTON Julia Died 28th December 2017 aged 86, after a short illness. Beloved wife of the late Sean, much loved mother of Gregory, Diarmuid, Magdalen and Matthew. Funeral service to be held at The Sacred Heart Church, Norton Road, Hove at 1200 on Monday 5th February 2018. Please wear black. Family flowers only, but donations may be made in memory of Julia to: Aid to the Church in Need, or Network for Animals, or Campaign to Protect Rural England

Though I had not seen her for decades, I was saddened to read of her passing. Mrs. Sexton was my art teacher at Lourdes Convent in 60s/70s and I will never forget her. She was such a kind and generous soul and so talented. She once painted a picture of my home on a rock and I treasure it. My sincerest condolences to all the Sexton family. Lisa Waltman
