JENNIFER ANNE DUDER-RUMSEY 4.5.1946 to 7.9.2017 Jenni was a multi talented artistic person who embraced all fields of Art. She could sketch, sculpt and paint in both watercolours and oil paints. She had an active interest in calligraphy; she enjoyed classical music concerts and the ballet. Her favourite ballet was the Nutcracker, as a child she danced the Sugar Plum Fairy in a production. Having parents who were in the Diplomatic Corps she travelled and was educated all over the world, returning to UK she attended several private schools, finally attending The Monkey Club Finishing School in Kensington, London. At the end of her time there she came out and attended the Queen Charlotte's Ball. Jenni worked at a variety of occupations ranging from working for Jack Barclay, in London, delivering high quality cars; she was a qualified driver of Rolls Royce, Bentley and Aston Martin cars. For a short time Jenni had her own classical dance act and worked as a coach tour guide/entertainer. She also qualified as a chandelier technician, constructing and repairing crystal chandeliers. This talent carried forward into her hobbies, where she enjoyed making jewellery. She had a good knowledge of Gems, and also their qualities, and their various cuts. Jenni took flying lessons for a time until ill health forced her to stop before qualifying as a pilot. Jenni passed her NVQ in graphic art and design and worked in the industry until illness forced her to stop. In 1997 she married Dominic (also a Graphic Artist and Designer), they have no children. Jenni was a lover of cats and a supporter of Cats Protection. Family Flowers or cheques made payable to Cats Protection and sent to Co operative Funeralcare, 56 High Street, Polegate, BN26 6AD.
